In a leaflet – Manifesto of the new theatre Eugene Palevich said: "We want to have the audience chamber of its viewers, unsatisfied, restless and looking for how we – We strongly believe in independence and self-sufficiency of the performing arts, ready to experiment."
Already his first play, and it was "The screaming of lobster" on the play by John Marella, a new theater attracted the attention of the public and critics. After that, Palevic put "The Tale of how Feodor – the blacksmith Russian land from evil saved" by R. Sefa, T. Karelina, "Brave little tailor" by fairy tales of the brothers Grimm.
Originally the Chamber theatre existed under the auspices of the Chelyabinsk Fund of culture. Special support of the theater was provided by the Director of the Bureau for creative initiatives Foundation Tatiana Liberman, who has become its first Director.
